Our Nanny Gang (who named themselves lol) are a supportive roopu of reo learners and speakers. It's often harder for our Nanny to keep up with their learning amongst younger learners so it is always a good idea to allow space for our kaumātua in reo speaking environments.
Haerenga
Our Nannies get together often to do things together. However, they keep in regular contact every week online , this was especially important during the lockdown.
Manaakitanga
An added benefit to our wider hapori reo is the years of experience , knowledge, wisdom and aroha that can be shared by our Nannies. They are often there for others in the whānau, ensuring people are well looked after and cared for.
